GraphiCode, a global provider of cost-effective, superior software innovations for electronics manufacturing, today announces the completion of their newly redesigned website found at www.graphicode.com. With the needs of their customers in mind GraphiCode redesigned the website to make it easier for users to navigate while offering more technical content and support.
Highlights include:
Direct links to GC-Prevue download, trial versions and updates
Japanese and Chinese language pages
An entirely new GC-Online Help area
The homepage has been updated with easy links to the most commonly requested information. The focus on making it as easy as possible to download GC-Prevue, to obtain a trail version of our software, and to obtain the latest release of all our products has resulted in direct links from any page via the explorer tree.
GraphiCode’s introduction of our product suite in multiple languages (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese) further demonstrates our customer-focused approach. Specific areas of our website have been created in these languages to provide users with direct access to these products and distributors in their region.
Information on all features within GraphiCode products has been added to the GC-Online Help section of the site with search capabilities. This format allows the rapid dissemination of information on new and updated functions to users. For users with a valid Annual Support Plan there are Hints and Tips, How To’s and Troubleshooting sections that can be quickly updated. There is even the ability for users to submit comments and tips to share with other users.
With a new look and feel and regular updates, the site will ensure that GraphiCode customers will easily get the information that they need as soon as it is available. These features are a part of GraphiCode’s commitment to getting information to customers in a timely and easily accessible manner.
